Frequently Asked Questions

GTeco strives to be as flexbile as possible with our client's needs. We are able to accommodate most requests that are at least 6 hours before the scheduled start of the service. If you need service in less that 6 hours, please contact us at 623-800-0033 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

GTeco is able to take chauffeur requests and will attempt to fulfill those requests, however, we cannot always guarantee your selected chauffeur due to chauffeur availability. For chauffeur requests, please call or email your request when making a reservation.

GTeco has a 20% standard gratuity applied to all trips. If you would like to further tip our chauffeurs for exceptional service you are able to do so after your trip via cash or by contacting our office to add the tip to your trip charge.

GTeco allows for pets and service animals on scheduled trips if the pets are less than 25 pounds and are in a lap carrier. Service animals are exempt from these requirements. There will be a $35 cleaning fee added to the cost of the trip; however, repairs for any damage that may be caused by the pet or service animal will be charged to the provided method of payment at official dealership rates.

GTeco is not responsible for any articles that are left in the vehicle. If you believe that you may have forgotten an item in one of our vehicles during service, please contact our office and we inspect the vehicle for the lost item. If we are able to locate the item, we will ship it to your preferred address at your expense.

The hourly minimum is dependent on the type of vehicle that you have selected for your trip. For more details, please refer to the options section of our website. Minimum number of hours may vary due to special events.

In order to cancel a scheduled reservation, please contact our office via email at [email protected] or call us at 623-800-0033. You must receive a cancellation confirmation in order for the reservation to be cancelled.

SUV Policy

  • Cancellations that are at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations that are between 12 hours and 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 50% of the cost of the trip.
  • Cancellations that are less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% percent of the cost of the trip.

Escalade Policy

  • Cancellations that are at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations that are less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the cost of the trip.

Sprinter Policy

  • Cancellations that are at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations that are less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the cost of the trip.
All times are determined based on when you reach out to our office in order to make a cancellation.

GTeco allows clients to add one stop to non-hourly trips. There is a $25 fee charge added to the cost of the trip if the stop takes less than 15 minutes and is enroute. Enroute is defined as a stop that is less than 2 miles from any point on the route to the drop off location. If the client wishes to add more than one stop or a stop that is longer than 15 minutes or is not enroute, then the service will be converted to an hourly trip with a 2 hour minimum.

For the safety and comfort of all our passengers, we maintain a strict policy that prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the use of smoke-producing products (including cigarettes and cigars), and the use of any illegal drugs while inside our vehicles. This policy ensures a clean, fresh, and safe environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
